Spf Glovebox

Whats involved to remove the glovebox???

There are four Phillips head screws holding the glove box in place, two on each side, fairly well hidden, that are accessed from inside (when the door is open) with a short screwdriver. One on the left (towards the middle) side also attaches the strap. The latch screws at the top do not mount the glove box, they just hold the latch in place. The box is plastic, and rotates down at the back once all the screws are out. It may take a bit of "gentle persuasion" to rotate it completely down then out. Mine reinstalled easily once I had cleared out some of the wiring junk that had been stuffed behind it. You may find your SPF car number written on the backside of the glove box, I did :D :D
