With a new motor you are going to have to go around the whole car actually and keep on checking all the fasteners. The motor is always prone to loose valve covers ,oilpan and header /exhaust bolts.

Beautiful Cobra, congrats :D :D
The folks over at 460Ford.com will tell you a few tiny leaks like that are totally expected, and normal   essentially your car is "marking its terrritory." But as mentioned above, new engine/car break-in intervals are full of various sorting things out projects, which always includes leaks ;) ;) With the 460 there are a few extra places potentially troublesome, like the upper outer (driver's side) bellhousing bolt which is open to the oil galley area and needs to be installed with sealant, and various other sites to check including oil pain, valve cover gaskets etc. Keep checking regularly and keep after the leaks and soon you will know exactly which ones are entirely "normal" for your car and which ones need more investigation   Lots of info on SCOF about this, also at 460Ford.com and can do a search on the big block forums at ffcobra.com
