SPF carpeting
I love my cobra to death so far. but one thing i'm not impressed with is the interior carpeting. super thin, piles easily, probably wont wear well over time. i've seen better in a nissan rental car. just ordered floor mats so that will help.
has anyone upgraded, or replaced from another source? |
Cobra Carpet
I could hold my original carpet up and see through it. I bought dark gray boat carpet because it's mold and mildew resistant from Lowes. We do get caught in the rain sometimes. I had a local upholstery shop to edge the pieces after I cut them to size. Lowes had a couple of blacks and grays to pick from. You can carpet most Cobra with 50 square feet. I used paper template and laid them on the carpet to minimized waste. I think it cost about $90 for the carpet and edging.
You can order wool carpet from upholstery shops that work on cars or Cobra specialty shop. Dwight |
