Good info, thanks, I'm going to save those part numbers. My Smiths speedo had gone out a while back, froze up completely and stripped out the little nylon gear in the right angle (reverse) drive unit. The repair sounded worse than a replacement so I bought a new Smiths mechanical speedo from Nissongers and it is working fine. I plan on keeping the old unit to prove mileage total for whatever that is worth  |
