Can anyone help me contact Charlie Ponstein?

Charlie was the original owner of what is now Doug Reed's dealership in Chalmette, LA. Chalmette - in fact, the entire St Bernard parrish - was completely flooded out during hurricane Katrina two years ago. Charlie was Doug's partner, and he may know how to reach him. I know Charlie lost his house, while I think Doug lost his house and two business due to Katrina.
