Toyo Avid's air pressure

I'm just looking to see what air pressure most of you are running for the street. Also, looking more on the handling side of pressure then straight line or comfort.

Thanks.

For everyday pressures I run 20 PSI front, 18 PSI rear. I made the mistake of running these pressures around Lime Rock with the obvious result.

On my limited track time at a high performance driving school I ran 24 pounds all around .. and the same on the highway on my Unique FIA. Handled and rode great.

SPF recommends about 18 for the street and about 25 for the track.

I spoke to Dennis, if I remember corectly, he suggested 25-27 psi for all street type tires, i.e. yoko's, BFG's, etc. Also, I thyink he also suggested these pressures for the GY off road eagles.

At the cobra driving school this june @ mid-ohio, I ran 24 psi in my yoko's, and they felt too soft. I ran 26 psi and they were better.

Are you referring to the Yokohama Avids? If so, I run 30 all around on my Kirkham for the street and 25 all around for the track.
