Side Windows
Has anyone come up with some solutions to modify the windows used with the soft top so that they fit tighter against the rain and cold??
Thanks, Ivan |
Ivan - The folks at Second Strike have an excellent article on waterproofing. Try:

Bob,
Thanks for the tip...With just half the job completed, running around in the cool damp weather is now much more comfortable. Regards, Ivan |
One more thing re side windows...I like to keep the slider part of the window cracked for some fresh air but at speed, the window slides shut. I put a horizontal strip of Velcro along the window slider then used a small vertical piece to "Set" the window open wherever I wanted.
Also, After attaching the rubber pieces to the bottoms of both windows, the heater now keeps it real cozy even during cold weather driving. Now if I can only remember to push back the wind wings before opening the door, it would scratch them less. Anyway, R Kruzr is now good for winter driving, Ivan |
