Changes to SPF cars after approx #1700
hi guys and gals, anyone know what changes came around to the cars after # 1700 just looking at buying one and ( have not seen car yet ) but guy tells me its in the 1700 #
just need to know what changes have been made since then if any thanks for the help |

After #1700...lets see....I believe the heater box is of a new design, the windshield has no center support rod, the rear differental is no longer the Ford 8.8, the emeregency brake went from the rear calipers to a differental/drive shaft mounted unit and I believe it went back to the caliper's..., the wheel spinners were eventually upgraded and I think the soft tops have been improved. I haven't seen to many new MKIII's in the last year, but thats what I remember.

#1715 still has the Ford 8.8. The other stuff mentioned is accurate on my car.
