I got a code from Dennis Olthoff which is as follows:
Royal Blue is Ford Code KM

Mix is for PPG Global.
The grams amount is cummalitive and makes 1 Liter.

D754 618.9
D741 815.1
D755 871.1
D756 923.6
D759 956.3

White is straight D753

which is exactly double what you gave me.

Hoping to clear this up, I got Hillbank Motor Corp. to send them to me and they were different still..

Found the info on SCOF. Equally confused.....

Update. The SCOF document was last updated in 2003, so things may have changed. The folks at Hillbank should be the best source for information.
