making own gasket material info
just a fyi, i'm replacing an intake manifold and didn't want to order a gasket (i like the cometics except the $) so i went down to napa and they have gasket material to sell by the roll. the thickest they had was 1/16" made of rubber/fiber 10" x 26" part number 3187 which is approx. the same thickness as the cometics if i remember correctly. only $7:D
