Non-Cobra wiring diagram question

I'm trying to sort out a wiper motor problem on a non-Cobra project. I need to understand enough about the attached wiring diagram to know what a multimeter should read on the five wires going to the wiper motor. I think I understand that the BK/LG wire should show +12v any time the ignition switch is on, and the BK wire should be connected to ground at all times. I need to know what the HIGH (DB/OG), LOW (WH) and PARK/RUN (LB) wires should show when the wiper switch is in the OFF, LOW and HIGH positions. I assume each will be either open, grounded or +12v, but I'm not sure how to read this schematic. Can anyone give me a "for certain" answer?
