black cable from alternator to carb

1 Attachment(s)
Hi all. After some troubles I changed the alternator and separate regulator with a new alternator with built in regulator on my SPF MKIII (351 stroker).

All is working fine now but I do not know where to fix the black cable that comes from the carb. What function does it have? It was previously connected to the old alternator in the same place where a black cable connected alternator to regulator.
But where to fix it on the new alternator?

I attach a picture of the cable, it's the one on the right.

Thanks!

Lorenzo

Electric choke, should be connected to a wire that's hot with ignition turned on. Don't forget a 10A fuse.
