ERA Brake Improvement
Has anyone changed out their ERA with SSBC calipers to Wilwood Forged Dynalite calipers or any other system? I'd really like to improve my #2119's braking without leaving my 15" wheels. I don't track the car anymore but do still do some "spirited" driving. I'd appreciate any advice I can get.

ERA has a large front brake kit that clears 15” wheels. It is Dynalites and is a very easy swap. I did it on 755 and ordered for my 838 build.

Thanks for the responses. These clear 15" knockoffs and the standard ERA GM style spindles? Was there significant improvement in braking?

I would say there is improvement in brake fade, but not pedal effort.
I did swap to BP-20 compound front pads. They are more aggressive than the standard BP-10. I also, played with my brake pedal adjustment to maximize leverage.
My brakes are quite good for manual brakes.

Thanks John. It's sounding like the choice of pads made the most difference. I went with Hawk street-track pads that helped noticeably a few years ago.
