Shell Valley Frt Tubulars w/Frt Sway Bar

Has any installed Shell Valley's front tubular A-Arms that is running a front sway bar? If so did you have to make another bracket for your sway bar or does Shell Valley have one that we can buy?

Thanks,

Clois

I Just talked to one of the guys at Shell Valley and he tells me they don't use a sway bar on their set ups. However, I could mount my brackets for my sway bar on top of the tubes and adjust my spacer on my mounting hardware.

I think I will make a bracket from 1 1/2" wide 1/4" flat stock and put about a 10 degree bend it to get the proper angle so I won't have to modify the position of my sway bar.

Finished

Wrapped up the install and manufacture of frt sway bar brackets and everthing works great. Each bracket took about 15 minutes to layout and drill. I used 1 1/2" X 1/4" flat stock and extended my brackets 1" over the stock bracket. Works great and fits great too. Maybe it is just my imagination but my Cobra seems to handle much better than before (after a good alignment of course).

To convert the front suspension from stamped to tubular took me about 4 hours (including the mfg of sway bar brackets and a trip to PEP Boys for a pair of 1/2" X6" long bolts for my coil overs). Easy job.
