pedistal mounted rocker on 351C adjustment
 
Just to be sure, after all it has been a long time. The non-adjustable pedistal mounted rockers on a 351 Cleveland, just torque them down right? No backing off, no making sure the valves are closed, etc?

Some one please confirm!

I will check when I get home.The book I used when I built my cleveland I wont to say it tells you to turn the crank so that there is minimum pressure on the rockers.

Rick if you have a fax # I will make a copy of what I have.the adjustment is made depends on the type of rocker arms your engine has.
