Rik, if you look in my gallery, you can see my engine (with alternator bracket) prior to installation. That is a March set up.

Nice bracket...but when mine was up that high I had trouble with not enough wrap on the water pump pulley...when I revved up, even with a tight, new belt, I got some slippage. Now, with the alternator between the crank pulley and the wp pulley, I get enough wrap and no slips! Your setup is certainly clean and very appealing. I almost bought the /march pulleys, but when I talked to the guy at Jones he told me that they are a little on the soft side. With the Jones pulley, you can take a dime, rub the rough edge on the pulley surface, and the pulley will wear down the grooves on the dime! Ultra tough...mil specs. Thanks!
