Tire Size Conversion????
My BF Goodrich Radila T/As are 20+ years old although it only has 3400miles. They are 265/60/15 front and 296/5015 rear respectively. I believe I can go a little bigger on the front and make it also 50 series.
What is the equivalent size in a Goodyear sold by CSE??? Thanks Shin  |
I need equivalent Goodyear sizes for both front and back. Also who else (brand names) makes these tires these days.
Thanks Shin |
surf baby surf!
Shin,
You live in Caly right? The ocean is not the only thing to surf. Surf the net dude. tires.com, tirerack.com are filled with all the info you ever wanted. You"ll be a tire expert if ya read all the stuff. But here is the eazy way bro, go to www.1010tires.com look at the Toyo Proxes S/T they are the only "H" rated tires I could find. They have a 275/50/15 and a 295/5015. I think that's just what your looking for! And they have a good tread wear and traction rating 420-A- A. B.F. Goodrich, Goodyear and Yokohama tires only offer S and T rated tires. I do like Yokohama's Avid S/T tire tread design for wet weather driving, nice channels in the tread. Ted :D |
Thanks Ted,
I do live in So Cal and I spend more time looking at beautiful girls than surfing for tires on the net. But thanks for the tip. I did go to 1010tires but they didn't seem to have the Proxes in those sizes. Guess I'd better start waxing my board and start surfing more. Cheers, Shin |
www.tirerack.com they come out of Reno (2 days ups and no tax)
