Brake problem
Have problem with my brakes, have a complete 84 Corvette suspenion on my cobra
I have installed new rotors ,new brake pads and the calipers have been rebuilded. Master cyl. is new also.:confused:
my problem is after the brake lines have been bled I only have about 2 ins. of hard brakes from the floor this is not right to me.I would think you should have at least half a pedal distance any ideas

If you did not bench bleed the Master Cylinder before installing it, that may be the problem. If it was not bench bled before installation, you may have to remove it and perform that action to solve the problem. Good luck.

Tommy probably hit it. I buy a premade length of brake line, cut it in half and bend it back around into the reservor to make 'bench' bleeding easy. No need to remove the master cylinder from the car.
