Attempt to post a video

That is a different one. The one that I watched showed the police and you could hear the dispatcher call them and they had some very good close up pictures from the patrol car.But when the video is playing I can't find any link to it.

Sorry about that. I never thought about it wanting a password but since it was on my home page I guess it wanted one. I am still trying to figure out a way to post a video that will work like the You Tube ones do. There are some good ones with news and some funny ones on too. Did you get that one right from the Yahoo Page? Ron :confused: |

Edit - I believe that the software that CC uses will only capture YouTube videos directly. Remember that the link to embedding a video from YouTube uses a yt in brackets. If it worked for Yahoo videos, it probably would be something like "[yahoo] ........ [/yahoo] Only Ron(CW) could tell you the straight poop. |

I tried that and a couple of other type tags that other sites use all to no avail. But if you think this site is hard, it is by far the easiest one that I belong to. Just try posting even a picture over on the FCA site. I have to read the 2 pages of instructions every time and to put one in a post or make a clickable link is a nightmare. When they first set that site up I was a moderator and one of the administrator there and I never did like that software. As soon as they got it working I quit both positions as I am no good at either. I did manage to get them to put in a test forum there like we have here and it automatically deletes anything over 60 days old. Or did when I stopped being one of the moderators. I don't go there very often any more. Ron |
