Track Event - MotorSports Ranch - 11/14/09 - THIS WEEKEND

All,

I received a message from a Rex at premier Event services and he is doing a track day at Motorsports ranch this weekend. I know there are lots of people that have expressed interest in the track and thought I would pass this on. They only have a few spots left so act quickly to get a spot.

I expect Rex to follow up with a post shortly, he is having some problems getting the registration setup so I said I would get the thread started

My name is Rex McDaniel and our company is Premier Event Services, a full service event production team specializing in automotive programs across North America. The company was born from the auto racing industry and we have recently formed a motor sports branch called the American Speed Club purely for the purpose of conducting track days and other activities for individuals, clubs and the dealerships that cater to this clientele.

We will be hosting a track day this Saturday, November 14th at the MotorSport Ranch in Cresson on the 1.3 mile circuit. We offer instruction from a team of true road racing professionals and a fully catered breakfast and lunch in our VIP hospitality center. We use a small three group format with limited enrollment to reduce track congestion.

The Autobahn Motor Car group of Fort Worth has reserved two full groups but we still have about five lots available in our third group. I would be willing to discuss a group rate for multiple entries.

Track day at MSR

Thanks for the introduction Chris. I'm inviting your club members to check us out and see if they might like to join us this Saturday, the 14th at the MotorSport Ranch. We'll be on the 1.3 mile circuit. Some of the things that distinguish an americanspeedclub.com event from others is the fact that this is our business and we have twenty years of experience producing exclusive events for manufacturers, dealerships and clubs. Wish you could have made it. We had a great day. The weather was perfect, the food was great and we had a nice assortment of cars. Autobahn MotorCars of Ft. Worth sponsored two of the track groups so naturally Porsche was well represented but our open group had some interesting machinery. It would have been nice to have a Cobra in the mix. Images will be posted on the American Speed Club website in the next couple days. A 2010 schedule will be coming together soon as well. Thanks for your interest. We'll look for you next time.
