RESERVATION DETAILS:

15 rooms have been blocked for the `Texas Cobra Club' – they will go fast….
Inform the hotel you are with the Texas Cobra Club Group
You will have to provide a credit card to reserve a room
The last day to reserve a room is 9/14; as of 9/15 all non-booked rooms will be released
Cancellation – you must cancel your reservation at minimum 48 hours prior to 10/15; otherwise, your credit card will be charged

TRAILER PARKING:

I've been informed there are 5 spaces for truck & large trailer parking; however, the smaller the trailers, the more space available. I have not viewed this property, so I cannot confirm the available parking space.

PROXIMITY TO MAIN EVENT:

This property is about 5 miles from the Hangar Hotel where the Catered Theme Dinner will happen the evening of Saturday 10/16.
