I will join you

I am in town this weekend and plan on joining you for breakfast. Ute is at MidOhio this weekend, so it's just gonna be me.

Dang it

Man, what a bummer. Our AC guy is supposed to come out this morning to replace a drain pan and check freon levels- fairly routine stuff and the AC works, but I don't know when he is going to get here. I was really looking forward to a breakfast with my friends but this morning doesn't look good:confused::confused::confused:
Sorry guys
John Russell

Now that was uncalled for. But seriously, if anybody would like armadillo with breakfast let me know, I might have to take the scenic route to Plano.

Ahhh heck Court, just trying to look out for ya. I mean after all, I will be trailing the pack unless you are driving through a lot of twisties as that would be the only way me and the Mini would be able to keep up. :)

Sorry I missed out. Had plans to come, then had friends who needed to blow off some steam, so hung out with them and next thing I knew it was 3AM, and a bunch of Rum and pepsi's later, I knew I was not coming.

Great turnout and amazing the weather was actually pretty nice with the cloud cover. Cars and Coffee sure was packed and didn't take long (around 10am) for the sun to start heating everything up and everyone headed for the garage. Well off to the garage for a little work on the car for at least an hour or so before it starts baking.

That was a Meeting!

Hey! I agree...a great turn out. Around 20 cars and 30 plus people enjoyed breakfast at Le Peep. We did a drive through at C&C and I don't think there was an open spot to park in the lot! Here is a little video of our meeting:

Enjoyed it! I'll never remember all the names though.

Larry, cool video and thank you for organizing. Here is a YouTube video of Cars and Coffee: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=148MzYwIBAs Cobras are featured throughout, arriving caravans are at 0:23 and 3:56. This clip is titled Sounds (Cobras inexplicably absent from Sights clip), and guess what? John Ross' 482 seems to be the star of the show.

Some nice Cobra shots in the Cars for Coffee video.......thanks for sharing Larry!

hartprods 08-09-2010 10:01 AM

very nice video Larry...thanks so much for sharing....i am thrilled to be a part of a great club. one idea for next meeting....can we were names tags with our "club nickname" so we know who we all are....i am old and easily confused...sorry i backed out of C&C, VERY LOW oil pressure.....but my overheating prob was fixed with re-wiring fan and adding a quart of 40 Below...now on to oil pressure....40W helped...but still running at 18-20 on the road.....not good.

Glad to see my videos getting around in the different clubs. I wanted to address the topic of the Cobras not appearing in the sights video as much as they are in the sounds video. The sounds video get a lot more hits than the sights video and the sound of you all rolling in was just amazing. Hope to see you all again next month, I will try to get more footage of all of you parked together. Heck, I might even make a Cobra only video.
