Look for the nitty gritty details on the event to be released, usually sometime after the Christmas Holidays.

We have not held the first planning meeting, yet. John is right about the dates and the location is the same as the past few years. Info. will be posted on the forums and this website.

YEA! I hope we stick with the Embassy Suites. Hard to beat the price for all it includes (happy hour etc.)

Hey when Austin group meets to discuss the event how about considering a lunch on Saturday again as it seemed last year everyone just scattered in all different directions. Realize different cruises does appeal to many so maybe there is somewhere out in the hill country we could cross paths. Just something to consider as it was fun over the years when we stayed together more....

Our first meeting will be Sunday 12/11 at Rudy's BBQ just north of 2222 and 620 at 2 PM. Ken will be updating the Meet website as we have things to post.
