Big Bend Open Road Race '12 The most challenging road race in the world... April 25 - 28, 2012 The April race takes place on US Highway 285 South from Fort Stockton to Sanderson and back (about 59.0 miles each way - or 118.0 miles). Tempting --- but, little over $1250 just for the race in my case - the travel and hotel not even included ... a little steep for me - sorry.

Bill, you might want to contact this guy who posted a thread looking for participants on the GT40's dot com forum....seems he works the race at a flag station. I'm not sure he wanted to participate, he seemed to be more interested in how many others might want to do so.
