A "Rev" for Shelby

I saw that there is a Nation Wide Tribute to Carroll Shelby next Wednesday evening around 6:30pm PST. Is anyone interested in having our own
"REV" in honor of THE MAN at Jakes in Addison next Wednesday May 30th?
It stays light until almost 9:00 pm now, so we could be home by dark. Chime in if you're in and I'll call for a reservation/Reveration on their patio. Meet at 6:00...Start the REV at 6:30 CDT with one, then two then three, and so on...for a few minutes, then dinner and a toast to the MAN. Who's in?

Unless the weather clears soon, I'm with JShel1. I just don't think the MINI will have the same Rev appeal.

Weather is supposed to clear out by 3 or so. I am still in. 4 seats
Shelby would get a kick out of us sitting in the rain revving our engines in his honor.

Since Saturday is suppose to be nice and the 1st of the month how about we just move this to Saturday and have lunch at Jakes and do the rev then? Don't think ole Shel would mind......

Saturday June 2nd...Meet at Jakes at 10:30, "Rev Salute" at 11:00, lunch to follow. I'll call Jake's and let them know of the change in plans. See you all Saturday. :)
