can't remember nothing!
hello, buddies in the Texas club,
I am having a senior moment (altho' i am no where near being a senior) and can't remember nothing. :( I have a baseball glove that has many signatures on it, and there are 3 I can't recognize. I am vaguely remembering giving my glove to a 'non-baseball friend' at some point, and having them sign it- for fun. perhaps Jim Jacobs?? altho' i do know Jim signed my helmet! :) I am 'out' of picture space so I can't upload a picture. grrrrr Well anyway, if anybody remembers me bringing my glove to a saturday meet, or a state meet, etc, and knows who may have signed my glove then let me know! I am only a little bit ocd and just cannot finish the project of framing my glove and accessories in a shadow box til I have all the signatures determined. ugh! lol and yes... I have gone through the entire Texas Rangers lineup since 1972 (when i was just a baby!) seeing if any of the names match the scrawls on my glove. Never did figure out who signed my glove. It is framed.... retired. wondering about a couple of sigs but no big deal. Got Nolan's... want Pudge's, then will be complete! thanks for replies. :) K |
