hello, to all my friends in TCC and Dallas area. Ten years in, and it's time to sell the GT500. Nearly pristine condition- garaged, maintained, and well cared for. All paperwork and records available.
details: 07 GT 500. 9000 miles. 3-4 rock dings, 2 small scratches. Purchased from Prestige Ford in Dallas, March 07.
upgrades: shaker 500 audio system
Shelby premier trim package (stitching on console, steering wheel, etc)
Rob Camp at KCR in Plano installed CORSA exhaust system
XM satellite system, active

added fun details: 'cue ball' gearshift knob, 'SHELBY' spaced out over deck lid, aluminum add-ons such as door sills, gear shift surround, cup holder surround.

Tracked at: TMS 'Laps for Charity' (hi speed about 70mph)
Redline Raceway, 1/8 mile. 3 runs. (turtle off the line)
Hallett at Tulsa Raceway, one track day, not pushed- had to drive back to Dallas. :)

Great for road trips, cruisin', daily driving. Nothing wrong at all. Fabulous car. Loved every minute. Every single one.

I have trouble with pics. :(
There are several in my gallery- tedious, I know. my gallery is 'old school' and they are all too big, so I am at my quota of space. I really don't know how to resize and add more.

It seems like a 2007 still has 2 or 3 years to go before it's 10 years old...

oh yes. That would presume ya'll could read my mind. I joined the Cobra Family in March of 2004, when I bought ERA 291. Followed by the 500. I've had a great ten years in the Cobra Club, and now just changing gears, literally. Kids getting married, college is never ending, and 2 still in high school. Just don't have time for Car Fun any more. :(

Kristen, I believe in just getting a bigger garage rather than sell.... although there are a lot of new people here I have not met yet... but hope to always get back into it. Andrew (now 9) is getting into cars more and can safely go to cobra meetings with me without trying to squeeze a car seat in. 59 ford wagon is in the new shop...could be a fun tow vehicle
