Charity Event @ Texas Motor Speedway - November 8th, 2014

On November 8th The Texas Region SCCA Club and Texas Motor Speedway will be holding a charity event at Texas Motor Speedway to raise money for the Kierstin Eaddy Memorial Fund (she tragically died in a kart crash at one of our events earlier this year). Laps on the Oval (you can drive your car on the track). This runs from 4:30pm-6:30pm Double feature Drive-In Movies on Big Hoss (World’s biggest TV) Despicable Me2 at 7:00pm The Hunger Games-Catching Fire at 8:45pm Local car clubs will be onsite displaying their cars (If you have a cool car you can display yours too) $30 for laps $20 per carload for the movies $40 for laps and movies 100% of the monies go towards the Kierstin Eaddy Memorial Fund. Texas Motor Speedway is donating the use of the speedway and Texas Region SCCA is donating everything else to make this happen. I will be there working as a volunteer. Is there a registration site, or pay when you show up?

It will be a pay at the gate thing. We are trying to keep the overhead and complexity down as 100% of the proceeds are going to Kierstins Memorial Fund.
