Caravan from DFW to San Marcos on Thursday morning
Some of us are heading down 281 to San Marcos on Thursday morning. If anyone would like to join us, please do!
The timing isn't completely finalized, but the west-siders will likely meet in Cresson at 8:30 or so and the East-siders in Glen Rose at 9:00-9:15. |
Hey, have a great time. I wanted to come but some appointments and other unexpected things came up that kept me form making the trip. I was going to ride with Charles, but we will still have some of the group from quite a ways off coming. Maybe God willing I can make it next year.

Jim - I thought you were headed down Wednesday, but I see Thursday here. Looks like we will be a day ahead of you.
Wednesday departure for us. Since we can't check in to the hotel until 3, I will plan to be in Glen Rose around 10-1015 with departure at 1030 or so. I've heard from John, Gary, Greg, and myself at this point. Anyone else is welcome to join us for the cruise. |
I am planning on leaving Wednesday around 1pm. I will have truck and trailer. If anyone has a mechanical along the way, my cell # is nine, seven, two - five, six, nine - seven, zero, eight, two .......

I'm bringing 2 Cobra's since I don't have the greatest luck with reliability on these cars! Hell, one of them already broke down while sitting in the trailer The holding tank for the radiator was leaking around the thermostat from one one the brass welds So, I have been in the trailer all night taking it apart to get it fixed |
