This is a GREAT idea, & maybe you can get something going along with the video that was taken last year at our event. I know that it looked like a lot of video was taken, but nothing ever materialized. Since it appears that you have the hardware, maybe you can be the man to finally get this consolidated into a VCR/DVD format or something we can make available to all of the Texas Cobra Club members that participated(with a copy to Brent...long overdue), or that just wanted to see what they missed, no? I think you have my abilities over inflated there buddy. :) I can convert VHS and 8mm tapes to digital media, but I have ZERO skills at video editing and lack the equipment needed to publish it. What I intended was to have people upload their videos to my ftp server, but I don't mind converting them from VHS or 8mm. Let me rephrase the offer. I would appreciate it if those who have videos ready for upload could do so to ftp.schrampfer.com with the login of "cobra" and password "cobra". I'll also take any HIGH resolution photos you have. I think most of you are already aware of the site I run, but haven't updated in a while, www.cobrapics.com. Richard, Check your email. Thanks for the response guys! John |
