I need some help on companies that insure Cobra. Names, phone numbers ect.

You might get a better response to your question on Cobra Talk if you live in Kentucky instead of in the Texas Cobra Club. However, if you call Dan Hardiman on Monday- 903-597-5700 he can probably direct you to an agent with American National that lives in your State/area.
