Neil's new paint job?

At lunch, I saw a nice looking metallic green cobra heading towards 2222 from Steiner Ranch on 620. He went past to fast to check for blower whine or really ID the driver.

Neil? If not, any ideas who it might be?

"Went past too fast". Obviously not me. :3DSMILE: Tch, tch, tch.

Gerhardt and Scott are the only 2 green ones I know in this area.

Joe & Kyle -- you have nothing to add to this post. As officer Barbrady says "Move along -- nothing to see here." :3DSMILE:

Cheers.

Green Excaliber

Are you sure it wasn't Scott Lougheed from LakeWay? He has a supercharged green Excaliber with a white stripe.

Found it!

Was driving out on 620 today near 2222 and saw the green Cobra parked in front of the Scuba shop. Didn't belong to anyone in the scuba shop, so I left a note on the windshield.

Car is bright metallic green with darker green stripes. Very subtle. Car looks lower/wider than "average" so I suspect Lone Star or Excalibur. However, it had this Shell Valley look to it due to the mild windshield rake. Interesting e-brake setup -- mounted on the DRIVER's side of the trans tunnel and has to be pulled up and forward instead of the traditional up and back.

Funny thing is, in the meanwhile, another guy pulls up in a truck to check out the Cobra. His name is Mike and he owns a Factory Five that's in construction. Gave him the info on tomorrow's meeting, so he'll try to make it.

Cheers,
-Neil.

nope, it's not neil's. it's mine. he left a note on the car and i just got off the phone with him and he told me about this site.

thanks for the compliment on the car. I don't know the manufacturer (long story on how I came about the car) but it really is a pretty nice cobra. and, yes, it's Ford powered...

Just heard back from Mr. Green Cobra. His name is Jeff, and he's gonna come out to meet us tomorrow at the Saltgrass. Not sure what his Cobra is, so we have a shot at guessing. Also, he knows Steve Giunta (who was the other Cobra I've been trying to find).

Cheers,
-Neil.
