Lake Conroe cruise - Saturday April 20th
We'd like to set up a Lake Conroe / National Forest cruise for next Saturday. We'll probably meet around 10 AM at King's Cafe in Montgomery. An ideal cruise path (yet to be finalized) will include Lake Conroe and some fun twisties through the national forest. I'm thinking 80-100 miles or so round trip. Depending on the group's preference, we can modify the distance.

Let's see....Go to a stuffy old car show and let my car sit in the sun while people mill around and look at it OR join some of my Cobra buds aS they cruise around through a National Forest.

Conroe Ride
Sorry we can't join you on Saturday the 20th,it is my daughter's Birthday Party. Joan and I look forward to some great times this summer with the club.Antything going on May 4th or the 11th count us in. We certainly enjoyed meeting everyone!

Update - We're meeting at 10am at King's Cafe in Montgomery. Address is 214 Liberty St. 936-597-6028. I'll post directions tomorrow night after I talk to Morgan about our exact route. Considering 4 of the 5 cars are coming from Sugar Land, we should probably meet up around 8:30 am or so and caravan up to Montgomery. Weather looks good!!!! Get those cars ready to roll! We're on for 10am tomorrow at King's Cafe in Montgomery.
For the Sugar Land cars, we're meeting at 8:20 in the Sam's Club parking lot off of West Airport and 59 South. We'll caravan up to Montgomery together, most likely taking Beltway 8 up to I-10 or 45N. See you all tomorrow! Scott, SPF#1230 / 393 |
