Just got another e-mail reminding me of the big TMS May 5 event and Cobra replicas are not welcome

It's beacuse old CS hisownself is the Master Of Ceremonies. If you notice on their website old and new Cobras are ok--as long as they have CSX numbers. But you can have a 'replica Shelby Mustang' and get in!!!!!!! I cancelled my membership and told them that my original GT350 did not associate with 'replicas' if my 'replica' Cobra could not associate with CSX's. Just more political BS from little snobs with very small packages. WHERE HAVE ALL THE CAR GUYS GONE?????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ??????????????????

They are just pissed that they were not smart enough to build their own and are still paying for a 35 year old rattle trap in 360 easy payments of $1750.. Someone (Turk) needs to challenge our friends to a well funded test of endurance and speed.. Las Vegas to Reno.. The prize could be a new Side Oiler and of course bragging rights for the next 35 years.. Put me in for $1000. if you can get enough people interested.
I doubt our cheese eating chardonay sipping friends would do it.. |
