Tom....You yourself have stated that it is good to be King. We accept your Royal status and always have. BUT....in any Royal Kingdom there must be a Royal Kennel. The detached garage would be perfect for the little ones. It's heated...air conditioned....has music for them to listen to and all that is needed is a TV for them to watch the dog shows with. The lift can have plastic bags installed to cover it from underneath and turned into a rather large Royal POOP catcher.:D We all know that the Royal Rhubarb will fit into the attached garage next to the house and still have enough room left for a small bed.%/ In a Royal Kingdom of Goodness such as yours it is your responsibility as King to make sure ALL of your Royal family is provided for before your Royal Self......the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one...or King in your case:3DSMILE:
