However, since our local club has expanded past our bounderies and we are now pulling in people from close to 1,000 miles away, we need to try and step things up a bit if this is going to be the success we all want it to be. Hotel reservations in Austin
Supposedly, these guys will help you find a hotel and facilities for large numbers. Big parking lots, etc. Couldn't find anything on the website, but it might be worth calling them.
