96 mustang cobra
I am in need of a good mechanic for a friend of mine in the dallas area..she lives in Lewisville..took the car in for noise in the front end, they did a brake job and said that they fixed the noise..nope...took it back and still have the noise..This car has 50,000 miles on it and this noise just started...Is there a problem with maybe the calipers and the bolts holding them on? Anyone have a good Ford/mustang/cobra mechanic that is good and stands behind his work?..She is talking about dumping this car if this is the quality of wokmanship she will be getting in the future...cool car AND fast....I hate to see it go, (fun to drive)...Thanks for any help....Larry Stiner

If she wants to venture to Irving, take it to Westway Ford and specifically ask that Rodney Davis' team work on it. I'll let him know that a 96 Cobra may be asking for him.

Sounds like they left out a anti rattle clip very hard to find in the parts book .To bad your way up north I could fix it .
