Honeymoon/Golf/Wine Tasting
Just wanted to give everyone a "formal" invitation to our Honeymoon/Golf tournament/Wine tasting trip to Lake Tahoe May 7-12 (or any part thereof). We'll probably be staying at Southshore Harrah's (or Harvey's across the street) and planning a day trip via bus to Napa Valley during that time. I know it's Mother's Day weekend, but I'm the Momma and that's what I would rather be doing -- with my friends and family (and NEW HUSBAND!) So there. If Momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy, right? I know it is early but do you have a schedule (when you will be going to Napa, etc)? We would like to try and join you for part of the time but with the current job situation won't likely make the whole trip. :CRY: Watching for airfares is our goal at this point. What fun! It's none of my business, but a day trip from Lake Tahoe to Napa is a pretty long day. If you plan on coming down to Napa I suggest you consider spending the night. Lots more to do there than wine taste. Dave Jones (just South of Napa Valley) |
Thanks for the advice, Dave. I would love to spend the entire time there or split the time, but we have our whole family going and the bus trip is about the only easy way for us to do that without having to pack and repack bags, etc. You can bet we'll be back for a longer stay in Napa sometime soon, though, and we'll call you up for a guided personal tour! When we get the details of the "short" trip, we'll post and hopefully you can join us then, too.
