my fia and comp cams part 2
hey guys
well, i finally finished rebuilding my 289, then dropped it in and then went through the process of breaking in the cam. so for so good. took a short test drive yesterday and everything seemed to be ok. not how i intended to spend my spring break. nice suuny weather and i was inside working. oh well, at least i'm back on the road i hope. now the old parts go back to comp cam and we'll see what happens. after looking at the new cam it looked 'newer' than the first one i got. once i get a reply i'll post. paul |

Good to hear that you are up and running again. I hope Comp Cam Co. takes care of you, alot of us have comp cams and have not had that sort problems, But it would be good to know if comp cams will stand behind their products. Keep us posted. I hope your problems are behind you. |
