hey guys
the coastal bend mustang and ford club, of which i am vp, is having an all car show here in corpus christi on saturday, april 26. there are 7 different classes. proceeds go to the driscoll childrens hospital. entry fee is $15. registration starts at 10 am and awards will be handed out at 3:30 to the top three cars in each division, plus a best of show. the site will be crosstown ford 4721 ayers. we will have music, free food and drinks, 50/50, raffle, etc. for those wanting to make a weekend of it, we have our monthly cruise in at the oldest drive in burger place friday night april 25. saturday night we have circle track racing at either dirt or asphalt 1/4 race tracks. anyone wanting something to do come on down! for those that need a place to store their car, i have about 5 spots in my shop-first come first serve. if you need a place to stay, check with the ramada inn downtown on water street 361 882-8100. tell them that you are with the texas cobra club and it should be around $60 per night. if you have any questions, post or call 361 549-9525. i'll try to update each week.

Paul, I would really like to make it, but prior plans have gotten in the way.

Some of the Austin and S.A. folks are looking forward to a run to Corpus. We have been talking about this for some time, but I guess the timing just cought us wrong. Don't give up on us! We will get togeather soon.

I wish I could make this little road trip to Corpus, but Saturday is my son's birthday party and I would be up Sh!t Creek if I miss the "Sponge Bob" theme party. I may show up in Corpus sometime this summer, so I'll see y'all then!:CRY: :CRY:

Sorry I didn't make it, I already had an autocross trip planned for next weekend to houston so it would really be pushing it to get out of town two weeks in a row!
