my fia and comp cams and cobra restorers part 3
hey guys
it took a while, but finally i resolved my problems with comp cams and cobra restorers. comp cams replaced the faulty cam and lifters for my 289 free of charge! i had also ordered 4 inch autolite stickers from cobra restorers but instead received 6 inch stickers. when i called back the guy on the phone said that they only made 6 inch. i told him that wasn't true and sent the stickers back along with a letter. they later sent me the 4 inch stickers plus a dash plate free, i guess for all the problems incurred. thanks. with persistance things do work out. paul ps so for the engine seems to be running fine. almost done with the break-in. |
Good News! Maybe things will smooth out for a while!? Naw, not in this life!:D

Good to hear Comp Cams stepped and did the right thing for you. I was going to try to make it Corpus this weekend but, I ran into a little problem with my MSD ignition box. Two weeks ago I sent it back to the factory for repairs, got it back on Monday. It is still not right I had to send it back and I won't have it back until late next week. I may come down without the car. I will call you if I can make it. C-ya. |
