Austin's Monthly Meeting -- May !
Alright folks, it's 39 minutes into the month of May, so it's time to start planning!
I think we should do Carlos and Charlie's again, cause it's so errr .... ahhh.... "beautiful" there, and it's been a while since we've been there. The voting polls are open... (1) Can you make it on Sat May 10? Yes, Maybe, or No? (2) Can you make it on Sat May 17? Yes, Maybe, or No? (3) Can you make it on Sat May 24? Yes, Maybe, or No? For now, I'm avoiding leaving it until the very end of the month. C'mon guys, speak up this time, and don't let me have to call you up, cause it won't be pleasant! :LOL: :3DSMILE: BTW, I believe Mother's day is on Sunday 12th. Cheers, -Neil. |

The Later the Better but If we are going to get together for Ren Man. I would rather save my time to help him and his Family .To much work cant do both and dont forget the 10th at Blakes ......

YEA!!! ya'll just convoy over to Boerne on the 10th. We have plenty of room..and plenty of indoor parking in our shop if you decide to stay the night!!!

May Meeting
Hi all!
I will be at TMS in Ft Worth this weekend if anyone wants to come out there. We will be racing all weekend. Will be on the track Fri, Sat and Sun. Feel free to call me on my cell at 512-940-5824 and I can probably get you in. As far as the May meeting. I think you should just make Blake's the meeting for the month. I can't make the 17th and the 24th is Memorial weekend. I would like to make Blake's but am not able to commit just yet. Have a great weekend! Jeff |

I'm out of town this weekend.
But I'd like to help Ren Man one day. If we can get the cobras together and help paint or what ever he needs that would be great. I'm out the 17th but the 24th might be good Gregg H |

Thanks guys for all of the help that is offered. I don't have a firm date yet. I would suspect in the next 3 weeks. I'm out for the 10th as I have a show to do with Big Willy's to keep kids off of drugs/alcohol. We just finished a show for the American Heart Association that is now endorsing us and within the next 2 weeks I have a meeting with Earl Campbell ( Yes, THE Earl Campbell) as he want's to promote our salsa with his company. Between all of that and getting ready for the restaurant, please don't wait on me for a meeting. I appreciate the thought of being included but getting some funds together for the new business with all the other irons in the fire is keeping me real busy. Now, if someone would just buy my car???????????

My thought is that even if we go to the "extra-curricular" activities, we should try and maintain an "Austin" meet each month. These are fairly quick (3-ish hrs) informal gatherings, so it's not something you need to allot time for. With the 10th right up on us (which I'm probably going to go to myself), I'm thinking we can spread out the May meet to the 24th. Cheers, -Neil. |
