OT-Home refinancing....
Anyone in the TCC do mortgages...I am looking to refinance, the rates are just too good! I would like to keep the business with someone I know....

Been in the mortgage bidness for 30 yrs. Work full time for a major lender as a underwriting risk manager - but still broker loans on the side for friends, relatives and ex customers for my beer money and other luxuries. The refinance boom of 2001 is what paid for the SilverCobra.
