I just got off the phone with Dick!

Well,
I have not been doing my job lately, but I just got off the phone with Dick and his family.
I must report that - all things considered- Dick is doing very well!! When I called, Scott picked up the phone, and after a short conversation he put Barbara on. They have been pretty busy of late, and Dick and Matt were out for a walk. He is progressing at a fairly good pace, and they are looking at buying a new Explorer within the next few days. Scott took Dick out in his Cobra yesterday morning and he really had a good time. He also again sends his thanks for all the support coming from our Club. He does read the posts, and he will respond to e-mail.
I hope to get our schedules meshed within the next few days so we can see each other, and maybe a bunch of you guys also.
John Russell :) :)

Keep the faith.

Hang in there and keep the spirits Hi. I am a true beliver in the belief that the body can really help in the fight if your attitude is like going to war. Fight each battle as it comes.
I was diagnosed with advanced lumphatic in 1990. I was given only a 20% chance. I beat it! It came back in 94. I went through bone marrow chemo. I beat it again. Cancer free almost ten years.

Keep up the Fight, Bill.

the best thread since a long time

Dick,
it was such a pleasure seeing your post just a couple of minutes ago. Although John did a tremendous good job in keeping us updated, all that was no comparison to a post personally from you.
We are really glad to hear, that you are slowly getting back to a "normal" life. I bet, the roaring of the SilverCobra provided an extra boost to your recovery.:3DSMILE:
To me it's amazing to hear, how fast a life's way can change. We keep up our prayers and look forward to seeing you on the road again soon.

Thomas & Ute
