hey guys
finally i've got a few minutes to post for the fall event. this is a preview of what we will have on november 7,8th 2003. more detail will follow.

friday november 7th. meet at my shop for a tailgate party starting anytime after 4 pm. anyone needing a place to park their snake overnight i will have about 4-6 spots first come first serve in my shop.

saturday november 8th. meet at crosstown ford from 9-1pm for a show and shine-all cars not just cobras. more detail on the show part later. at 1 pm we will leave for a cruise around the bay with a stop in rockport for a seafood dinner. still working on an activity for saturday evening when we return. we will not have an indoor show due to the high cost of renting a facility.

this is simply an overview of the weekend. details will be listed closer to the event. if you don't have a preference on hotels you can use the same one as last years. ramada inn 361 882-8100. the rate should be around $60 per room.

ps thanks for the compliments on my national title with my daughter. i know i'm truly fortunate to be able to do something like that with my daughter and son. incidentally, my son and i finished 18th out of 60 teams. youth prevailed here.

I look forward to this. My car has not made an extended road trip since Austin. She's getting kind of cranky....:)

ok, so for if i have this right-blake, dennis, david, and ryan all have first shot at having a place to store their snakes overnight in my shop. depending on if i am working on something by then i have 2-3 more spots open for safekeeping. let me know if you are planning to come down and will need a place to keep your snake overnight. i'll be posting an update by the beginning of october with more details on the event. well, back to work trying to teach todays youth something new that they can use.
