I just took another running total, and it looks like $480.00 to date. Now, my friend Richard Price stated above that "more help is coming from the Volenteer State", which has me a bit worried!! As Texans, we should be able to handle the issue with ease, so I would ask those of you not on the list to "please" send in a check! This would really have bothered me if Richard had told us help was coming from the "Volunteer State" because we know about those guys :LOL: :LOL: , as they are prone to moonshine I hear, so we know they have cash......but I don't know about those other guys............ My count of the $$ as posted by Tom makes the total $575.00 as of 11-14-2003. This seems to put us about $125 short as I see it, with 23 contributors listed so far. Now, it seems to me that we are about to enter into the holiday season, so if only 7(as in SEVEN) more members see fit to mail a check for $20.00..... well then, we could count this as a good deed DONE!!!!!!!!! Come on guys, I/we need 7 more of you to step up to the bar and send in a check and bring the total of the contributors all the way up to 30! WOW!! I wonder what our membership is up to now-225-250- maybe 300. He@#, we are the largest & most active local club on Club Cobra, so please, all we need is seven more of you to pony up a measley $20.00 so we can put this to bed once & for all.
