Don, as soon as my hands recover from surgery, I will be back for another track day. After participating in the one this last June, I am hooked. (Maybe if I take a little caster out of the frontend, add a couple of pounds of air in the tires, it'll reduce the steering effort and I can be back sooner?:D ) Went up another 25# on the rear spring rates, so I need to try it out. I guess I'll be the lone Cleveland again? When is the next track event? Where are those Cowtown Chevettes, I mean Corvettes?

I made the Track Days in October and it was great.

Didn't have my Cobra there.
It sure made my day when on the last track session my 4 cylinders got around a Z06 in the infield part of the road course. :3DSMILE:

Don,
Same old story here in the Northeast. We have hundreds of High HP Cobras with all the go fast parts you could want and where are they when you offer an open track event? Posing at a car show, showing everybody their beautiful Cobra with the Corvette, Viper beating powerplants.

If we are real lucky maybe we get 5 Cobras to do Open track.

If you wanna find Cobra Open trackers you got to go after the SPF crowd. The Olthoffs have done a good job selling their customers on Open track.

Frozen out in the Northeast.

Racer, We had a great turn out in the summer when it was hotter than hell. We had a beautiful cool day this month and only one Cobra showed. I am going to work very hard this year to develop some drivers, my fellow Club Cobra Texas brother don't realize we are not racing, we are just driving fast with no speeding tickets.
Thanks,db

Don,
Alan's wanted to go BAD since his first one. He enjoyed it so much that it kills him when he can't get free to go. Unfortunately??? business has picked up and getting away is a lot harder. But boy is that the problem to have. Hiring people is a lot more fun than laying them off.

Don,

What are the dates for next year? I'm going to do No Problem Raceway in March and don't want to conflict with your TMS event.

By the way HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Keith
