Looks like you're gettin a good one
Well, the Memphis crowd shut down a local watering hole last night. Freddie, Ron, Brian and I meet Dig4bucks (Gary Osborn) last night for drinks at 10 o'clock. Hell, I usually in bed by then and we were just starting. Gary is from Indy and was passing thru Memphis on his way to his new home in Houston. Was kind enough to leave the wife back in Indy, so the four of us got hall passes to see our buddy. A BB SPF (#5??) guy moving to the northern part of Houston somewhere. Says he will be settled in time to make Austin. He servived the hazing session, so I recommend full membership.

We really appreciate y'all taking care of the pre-screening. I know it's a thankless job, but glad he passed the rigorous standards. Looking forward to meeting Gary at Houston meetings and at Austin. Was Freddie the "Designated Bullsh--er?":D

David, as a Gashole you know Freddie. He was in fine form. And just like Elvis, had his lieutenants (Ron and Brian) keeping close watch on the door and making sure his glass was never empty. I was there strictly as an advisor. I'm not qualified to sit on the front row.

I, for one, am glad Gary is finally Texas bound! I hope one of you remembered to "borrow" something of great value from him( wallet, credit cards, drivers license, picture of his dog,etc), and then tell him....sure, you can have "it" back...just "COME TO AUSTIN IN FEBRUARY" :LOL: :LOL: :LOL: John R. |
