Can you contact the Hotel, it looks like we are going to have 3, 18 wheelers, 3 to 4 motor homes with trailers, and no telling how many other vehicles with trailers.

Tom, I'll call you later on tonight after 9:00pm if I remember. I got a couple of rented videos to watch.
Brent will forward his flight info. to me some time next week. He told me that you also had the info.. I asked Stretch to pick up Brent on Friday for me. Stuck has informed me that he will contact Paula at the Finish Line for the raffle prizes. Stretch will bring his PA system out to the hotel. Stretch has a copy machine, so he will make copies of the cruise instructions and maps, and bring them out to Greg's house to stuff the packets. We will have a packet stuffing party at Greg's house some time in February. Date has not been established. Stretch will also bring the TCC signs to the hotel Friday afternoon. That's it for now! |

The signs are to block off the parking lot (got to figure out how to make them stand up on pavement), and I'll also bring extension chords for whatever electricity we might need.

Talked with the hotel - we have the whole North side of the parking area reserved and will be roped off for parking for our meet - there will be additional parking available on the South side and across the street on the North side if needed. There should be no parking problem for the big rigs and motor homes. The hotel will be providing a decorated reception area/table in the lobby to accomodate us for our registration and packet distribution. This area will be complete with drinks, cookies etc as refreshments for arriving guests. I will be at the hotel on Friday afternoon to assist with guest registration - parking - whatever needs to be done!! Mobile # 512-771-1059. Current room reservations: Feb 26 - 1 room. Let me know if there is any support equipment I need to bring....we are bringing a bus by the way, so you can add that to the list. I'll be bringing the shirts as well and maybe a few other goodies. We should be there by thurs night!
