Boerne, TX Car Show
Is anyone going to the Boerne, TX car show on April, 17?
It was a good show last year. I hope to bring something to the show this year. |

Yes you! Just giving you a hard time. You probably don't remember me but I had the red Factory Five at our meet in San Marcos. You had your replica of CSX3002? on a trailer, moved it off the trailer for a pic then back on the trailer........right?!
The Boerne car show should be a good one for Corvettes, I believe you have one. Randy :LOL: |

How could I forget your beautiful red FFR car. It is one of the best FFR cars that I have ever seen, and in Spicewood no less. I think that the Corvette will be the car I take, hard to drive with the 37 year old tires, though. Look for the yellow '67 or the '66 Shelby. |

**Update**I yanked out my 302 and T-5 and put in a 351 Windsor and Tremec TKO. Now I am happy! Sold the old stuff and did okay on the Forum and ebay. Thanks for the kind words, your big block alum. body was awesome, I still want a ride! Randy |

Sorry that I missed the show, I was laid up all weekend with a cracked rib from a fall I took on Thursday. I feel like an old man.
Hope that it was a good event. |
Too bad. There were so many cars they lined up the street.
The weather was touch and go in the morning but warmed up in the afternoon. I was lucky and won first place for the Open Class. Two other Cobras won 2nd and 3rd, a Cobra sweep in this class. Randy |

I feel your pain on the cracked ribs. I cracked some a few years ago jumping off the San Marcos dam. Slipped on the algae and ate it sideways. I still have my girdle, not sure why I kept it.
There were some beautiful C1 vettes in particular at the show. You probably knew who they were. Better than showroom condition. |
